In 2015, the event attracted a record 494 participating exhibiting companies, represented from 22 countries. Over the three days of PACIFIC 2015, trade-day attendances totalled 14,979 and the event hosted 18 associated conferences, symposia and forums. 59 official delegations and military missions, many at Chief of Navy level also attended.
Attendees included key-players from the international naval, commercial shipping and defence industry sectors, as well as senior industry, defence and government decision-makers.
In addition, PACIFIC 2015 hosted an Innovation Pitchfest in which 30 invited innovators and inventors were given the opportunity to "pitch" ideas and technologies to an audience of potential research partners, customers and venture capitalists.
In 2017, PACIFIC will again attract numerous senior commercial, military and government delegations from around the world and, particularly, from Australia and the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. PACIFIC 2017 will provide delegates, exhibitors, participants and visitors with a unique opportunity to meet with their peers, potential suppliers and customers. Issues and proposals will be discussed, ideas and information exchanged, contacts made and networks developed.
PACIFIC 2017 will be the essential forum for naval, maritime and defence professionals from Australia, Asia and the Indo-Pacific.
